I would like to know more about this property Beautiful villa with pool in Els Poblets near Denia
Denia is located between Alicante and Valencia on the northern Costa Blanca and is also called Marina Alta. Denia is also the capital of Marina Alta and has approximately 45,000 inhabitants. Wide sandy beaches and beautiful rocky bays characterize Denia and year after year it has been awarded the "Blue Flag European" prestigious award. On the northern part is Las Marinas with 15 km of sandy beach and many people who want to windsurf come here, while the southern part has more rocky beaches and bays. Las Rotas with the nearby Marine Reserve in Cape San Antonio is a paradise for divers and snorkelers. Mount Montgo and the nature reserve are located on the south side of the city and, together with the beaches, form part of the area's biggest draw, as well as the proximity to the Balearic Islands. Montgo has an altitude of 760 meters above sea level and attracts many people to the area. In 1987 it became a nature reserve because of its flora and fauna. Various settlements have been found there from the Iberians, the Romans and the Arabs and when the area was conquered by the Christians it became a county. Denia has an archaeological museum that preserves the remains of these cultures. It also has an interesting ethnological museum with clothes and costumes of the bourgeoisie and workers of those times. There is also a toy museum, with wooden toys, which were much appreciated in those days. Denia has some nearby 18-hole golf courses designed, among others, by Spanish world-class player Seve Ballesteros and José María Olazábal. With an average temperature of 19 degrees and with over 300 sunny days a year, Denia and its neighboring villages have a reputation for being one of the world's healthiest places, a reputation confirmed by the World Health Organization. In Denia there are many fine restaurants, one with two Michelin stars and plenty of tapas bars for all tastes. If you want to visit the neighboring islands of Mallorca and Ibiza, large passenger and car ferries go there daily. The easiest way to reach Denia is via the AP7 motorway or the beautiful N 332.
