Via the entrance into the house, you enter a hallway that leads to two bedrooms on the left and straight ahead to the kitchen, the living room, the library and the terrace. To the right there are stairs leading up to the roof terrace and a laundry room, and down to the large lounge, the pool, and two bedrooms. The kitchen is large with nice work surfaces, pantry, appliances and a cozy breakfast corner. The hallway ends with the lounge which has a fireplace and, an open design dining area. From here you enter the library or onto the terrace that extends along the entire side of the house and around to the front of the west side. All rooms have sea views. The view is breathtaking. Upstairs you reach a roof terrace of 57 sqm, here is also the laundry room. One step down, you enter a large lounge with a bar and kitchen area next to the stairs. Here you have a view through the rounded windows. From each end of the lounge you enter two bedrooms with private bathrooms. From the lounge, you reach the pool area of 100 sqm, with a saltwater pool with details copied from the Alhambra, the Palace of Granada, with a stunning view. From the lounge, there is access to a large storage room with wine cellar carved directly from the mountain. The plot around and in front of the house is grown but not fully utilized. Below the lower floor, there is a floor which is not furnished but has about the same area as the other floors. The area of Punta La Mona is nice, well maintained and quiet. Here you can stay private and have quick and easy access to communications/airport (Málaga or Granada) about 60 minutes by motorway. The villages of Nerja, La Herradura and Almuñecar are 10, respectively 5 minutes by car. Down to the east lies the cozy Marina del Este, with a nice harbor and good swimming and diving.
