Downstairs you find two bedrooms, an office, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a big storage room and a lovely patio. The office can easily be reconverted to a third bedroom. Almijara III is one of the best locations here in Nerja and is certainly known as one of the best-maintained urbanizations with a pool that is open all year round. Still, the urbanization fees are low and also includes house insurance! In Almijara III you live close to the centre but in a quiet area. Almijara is also known for its Tuesday and Sunday market. Parking is free and there is parking close to the house.
