Large terraced areas with plentiful pool and a well-stocked BBQ. All in one level. Large plot in the south with fruit trees. Place to park your car behind locked gate on your own plot. Perfect for those who do not want to live in an urbanization, yet want proximity to the beach and the shops. Nice walking trails to Punta Lara, Calaceite and Torrox. Municipal water and septic tank. As a curiosity it can be added that the Cortijo has won the award for best rural tourist residence 2017 of Ruralidays. 9.2 points out of 10 possible.
