The beach is only a short walk from the house and the community pool is just around the corner. Punta Lara is a quiet and calm neighbourhood but also known to be full of life even during the low season. In Punta Lara, you will find several restaurants and bars that are open all year round. Among these the famous Avalon, known for excellent food and hospitality. From Punta Lara, the centre of Nerja is reached within a few minutes by car or by the local bus. The beach is within 400-500 m. On the beach, you will find lots of nice Chiringuitos (beach restaurants). At the hotel by the beach, there is a small shop where you can buy the most necessary things need. Supermarkets will be found in the centre 2-3 km from Punta Lara.
