Cabalgata de Reyes – 5 januari

Den stora trettondagsparaden är ett av årets mest älskade evenemang. I Benidorm är den extra storslagen med musik, kostymer, flytande scener, dansare, godis till barnen och olika ljuseffekter. Paraden går genom centrum och avslutas med stor publikfest.

Día de Reyes – 6 januari

Barnens stora dag! Familjer samlas, presenter öppnas och Benidorm njuter av den sista festdagen i julperioden.

Mercat de Nadal (Christmas Market & Festivities)

From December 5th to 14th, Calle La Vía transforms into a festive Christmas market filled with lights, local crafts, handmade gifts, ornaments, sweet treats, and holiday specialties. Families will find storytelling sessions, creative workshops, face painting and a “Santa corner” where children can deliver their wish lists.

Nit de la Llum — The Night of Light

One of Dénia’s most magical nights 6:th of December. The entire town centre shines with thousands of lights while shops stay open late and offer special promotions. Street music, choirs, live performances and a warm atmosphere make it the perfect way to kick off the holiday season.

Christmas Concerts, Theatre & Cultural Events

Throughout December, Dénia hosts concerts, choir performances, theatre shows and guided tours. Expect family shows, music, children’s entertainment and cultural activities — there’s truly something for every age.

🎆 New Year’s Eve in Dénia – Welcome 2026 in Style

As the year comes to an end, Dénia celebrates New Year’s Eve with music, outdoor events and a joyful atmosphere in the town centre. If you are going out for dinner don’t forget to book your table.

At midnight, people gather with the traditional twelve lucky grapes, welcoming the year with good wishes. Afterward, many stroll to the port area for fresh air, celebrations and a peaceful start to the new year by the sea.

👑 Early January – Three Kings Parade & Epiphany

The festive season doesn’t end on December 31st. In early January, Dénia celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men, one of Spain’s most beloved traditions. This tradition is actually more celebrated than Christmas in Spain.

Cabalgata de Reyes — The Three Kings Parade (January 5th)

A colourful, musical and joyful parade through the city centre. Children receive sweets, families gather in the streets, and the atmosphere is nothing short of magical.
