Busot is a small and charming village up in the mountains about 5 km inland from the coastal town of El Campello with its fine sandy beaches and San Juan's 8 km long sandy beach. Busot has about 2 600 inhabitants and there are some shops, restaurants and bars here. It takes only 30 minutes to Alicante. It is a good location with close proximity to beaches and to some life and movement if you wish. Not far away is the popular golf course Bonalba and one of Europe's largest tomato farms is not so far away. In the area there is the famous cave Cuevas del Canalobre which is one of the caves there and which one can visit. These caves are millions of years old and there is a main hall where the acoustics are so good that concerts are held there and along the beautiful roads are several vineyards. The view from Busot is amazing.
