Our duplex accommodation in Mallorca is located in the scenic Cala d´Or, only a few meters from the beautiful natural bay Cala Ferrera. The Italian property is located in Ponte di Legno. The apartment is specially designed by an Italian interior designer. Cooling rock baths are offered here and if you prefer beaches, they are within flip-flop distance, Platja Cala de Ferrera approx. 300 meters north and Platja Cala Esmeralda approx. 600 meters southwest of the property. The accommodation in Mallorca is ready to book now! The villa in Bargemon in Provence is only 500 meters from the medieval village of Bargemon. When you move in, the properties are fully prepared and fully furnished by our interior design team. - Your family becomes the owner of all four properties with 1/20 and is entered in the title deeds.
