The front and side gardens are beautifully landscaped and gravelled to reduce maintenance. The property is located near la Barraca de aigues vives on CV50 halfway between Tavernes and Alzira. The British school Alzira and a small village school are both within walking distance. The local village has a bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, bar and restaurants and a small supermarket. A local 18-hole golf course is located within 2 kilometers of the property and was completed in 2012. The largest city of Alzira is within a 10 minute drive and has many shops and supermarkets as well as a large, excellent state hospital and clinics, and a college has recently been completed in Alzira. Alzira, north of CV50, has a central station with direct access to Valencia Airport (another 2 minutes). Tavernes de la Valldigna, south of CV50, another capital with similar facilities, has direct rail links to Valencia and Gandia from the coast. Valencia Airport 45 minutes by car. Alicante Airport 75 minutes by car. Many beaches are nearby, the nearest being a 15 minute drive (Tavernes playa).
