Paradise!

This new phase of the award-winning concept has now become a brand with its rapid appreciation, high rental income and success in achieving a comfortable quality of life. An excellent investment whether for own use or rental, why not both? While setting the standard in the Long Beach region with its year-round vacation concept, the area stands out with its new improved environment and high standards that offer an open sky view of low-rise buildings.

In this new phase, the builder, using the experience from the first phase, has taken it a step further and developed the concept to a more mature and higher level of quality. The first phase was built with 5 storey buildings, this time more emphasis is placed on an openness with only 3 storey buildings (garden apartments and penthouses on 2 levels with a roof terrace) which gives a lovely feeling of space. The roof terraces have a lovely sea view as a bonus. With only 600 m to the nearest beach, about 800 m to further beautiful sandy beaches and just under 10 km to the popular Long Beach, but has a large selection of bathing spots. A total of 848 apartments with one to three bedrooms, either on the ground floor with a garden or on the top floor with a roof terrace, which gives a large selection of something for everyone. Prices from £153,000. What is included in the apartment and available in the area: Generator Fire alarm Video Intercom Internet Laundry Smoke alarm Central satellite Air conditioning 7/24 Security Handicapped accessible walkways Handicapped parking Spa Center Beauty salon Dry cleaning Turkish hammam Pools Gym Parking lots Water park Children's pool Maintenance Contact us for an updated price list, availability and other costs that are added in connection with the purchase of this home.

The area

Information about the area

The beautiful coastal port of Bogaz is located on the eastern coast road near Iskele. A place that is home to a beautiful harbor, a few small hotels and B&Bs as well as harbor restaurants with fish. Of course, fish plays a big role in the menu. It's a nice place that has some really nice little beaches either side of the village to enjoy. The quay in the harbor is also a place with pleasant well-kept gardens that are a joy to visit. In the evenings, Bogaz comes alive, with local music and entertainment. Locals often come down to walk along the harbor to discuss the day's events and meet family and friends. As a tourist area, Bogaz can satisfy most people's appetite - be it water sports, boat trips, renting a car or going for a walk. The nearby town of Mehmetcik, further down the coast road, is also a good place to visit with its popular annual Grape Festival usually held in August. 15 minutes north of Famagusta. Following this coastline in northern Cyprus you will find the city of Famagusta, then the villages to the north of Iskele, Bogaz and Barfra. The city of Famagusta has always been one of the most important economic centers in Cyprus and played an important role in trade and international relations with all historical rulers. The city was plundered and destroyed, rebuilt, it passed from one empire to another. The armies of Egypt and the Republic of Venice marched Genoese and British knights, Greek and Turkish soldiers through their streets. Today, a large number of sights remind of its turbulent past: temples, monasteries, old markets and amphitheatres. In Famagusta is also the largest university in Cyprus, the Eastern Mediterranean University with over 20,000 students from 106 different countries. Here there are many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants that are worth a visit, as well as lots of shops. Just north of Famagusta at the base of the Karpaz Peninsula are the remains of the city of Salamis, the capital of Cyprus as far back as 1100 BC. Salamis survived repeated occupations by the Assyrians, Egyptians, Persians and Romans, but gradually succumbed to the forces of nature. The ancient site spans an area of one square kilometer long stretching along the northern coast of Cyprus and inland. Much of the area is still awaiting excavation. Next to it is the Monastery of Saint Barnabas, the founder of the Cypriot Orthodox Church.
