Villamartin is a paradise for wintering Scandinavians! Here you live a few km from the sea, which makes the climate during the winter fantastic. In the area there is a wonderful mix of Spaniards and families from a wide range of other European nations. By car you reach Zenia Boulevard in a couple of minutes, a shopping center with 150 shops and restaurants and cafes.
The area is a bit of a paradise for golf lovers. Here you can reach 3 golf courses within 5 minutes by car. An additional 2 courses are a few minutes away. One of them is Las Colinas which is one of the coast's most exclusive courses and has been named Spain's best golf resort in 2015. Villamartin has 2 "centers". In the northern part we have Villamartin Plaza. A Spanish courtyard square with restaurants in 2 floors and shops around. In the southern part we find La Fuente.
