Punta Prima belongs to the municipality, Orihuela Costa and is the first of several resorts located south of Torrevieja. In to the center of Torrevieja it is 4 km. The promenade extends from Restaurant Nautilus south to Punta Prima Restaurant.
In Punta Prima there are shopping malls and and several restaurant areas. In the immediate area is Zenia Boulevard, one of Spain's largest shopping centers.
